Ingredients:

  • 1 can chickpeas, unsalted
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ⅓ cup peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp pure maple syrup or honey
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2-4 tbsp milk of choice
  • Optional: few chocolate chips on top

Steps:

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Add milk slowly and stop adding once desired consistency is reached.
  2. Serve with fresh whole strawberries, apples, or whole grain pretzels.
