Watermelon Refresher Protein Shake

Watermelon Refresher Protein Shake recipe:

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops strawberry banana, vanilla or strawberry protein powder
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut water
  • 1/2 cup frozen watermelon chunks
  • 3/4 cup frozen strawberries
  • 2 mint leaves
  • 1 tsp lime juice

Directions

  • For a rich, and creamy shake, combine 2 scoops of protein powder of your choice with 8 fl. oz of fluid and thoroughly mix in a blender.
  • Optional 1: Add 3-4 ice cubes to chill and thicken
