Ingredients

1 1/4 cup plain low fat Greek yogurt

1 cup low fat milk or unsweetened/low fat plant milk

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/4 cup maple syrup

1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into the popsicle molds and freeze for at least 4 hours

May need to leave the popsicle mold for 5-10 minutes before being able to remove or can run it under hot water.
