Chocolate Mousse Dip
Ingredients:
- 4 oz fat free cream cheese
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp milk
- ¾ cup light whipped topping
- ¼ granulated sweetener of choice. ex.) Splenda or stevia
- -Recipe add-ins: 1 tbsp peanut butter powder, 1 tbsp sugar free chocolate jello mix, or top with sugar free chocolate chips
Steps:
- Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl except for the whipped topping. Use hand mixer to combine ingredients until smooth.
- Fold in whipped topping.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour or until desired consistency.Pair dip with fresh apple slices or sliced strawberries.
